The portability feature of this oven allows using this oven across multiple locations. The oven features fan-forced air circulation, aluminum coated inner surface, enamel painted outer surface, mineral wool/ceramic wool insulated structure, one-piece gasketed door, positive locking door latch, adjustable shelves, high/low heat switch and electrical overload protection.
